Domestic German banks are currently having difficulties to finance foreign investors sufficiently high. The amount of loan for a property currently amounts, in dependence on the given credit rating, to a maximum of 50 percent of the purchase price for foreign investors. We have excellent banking contacts and are happy to assist in such a financing solution. If you would like higher funding, we recommend the use of your personal bank.
